IR Interactive Reports allow users to explore data (filter, sort, export, etc.) These reports are available to all faculty and staff using their CSU NetID credentials.

Report Name | Description |
---|---|
Course Capacity | Shows course enrollment headcounts and wait list numbers at various points in time including year-to-date, first day of classes, and census. |
Course Detail By Department | Shows course detail information by term and department at the section level including instruction type, headcount, instructor name, credit hours, and credit department. |
Credit Hour Production | Shows student credit hours and full-time equivalent hours at the term and year level as reported to CDHE. This report is the basis for multiple funding mechanisms, and SCH are identified as RI or non-RI. |
Degrees | Shows degree earned by full year and by term (summer is a leading term here) at all levels |
Program Review Summary Data | A high-level summary of college and departmental data that has been designed specifically to help with the self-study process of the program review. |
Departmental Health Opportunity Gaps | Provides graphs that show the differences (or gaps) in 2nd fall persistence, 4th fall persistence, 4th year graduation and 6th year graduation rates by demographic attribute (first-generation, gender, racially-minoritized status, Pell recipients, residency, STEM majors, and students recommended for support). |
Employee Data | Faculty and staff headcounts, FTE and average salary |
Enrollment | Shows by-term enrollment headcounts for all student levels |
Faculty Credentials (Public) | This report displays faculty member credentials as required by our accrediting agency. This is a public report which does not require a NetID to access to it. There is an excel download included to the report, just like the Compensation Report This report doesn’t appear to be available. |
First-Year Composition (C1A) Success | First-Year Composition Success describes first year composition behavior with a focus on the success rates (percent of students who successfully complete a composition course at CSU), attempt rates, timing of first composition course as well as persistence and graduation rates by first year composition completion status. Composition course attempts and success include both CSU and transfer courses. |
First-Year Math (C1B) Success | Describes first year math behavior with a focus on the success rates (percent of students who successfully complete a math course at CSU), attempt rates, timing of first math course as well as persistence and graduation rates by first year math completion status. Math course attempts and success include both CSU and transfer courses. |
Freshman Profile | Profile provides prior academic performance metrics for all admitted or enrolled first time students. Yield rates are also available. Data are reported annually after fall census. |
GPA Report | GPA Report is a comprehensive grade point average report by college. |
Grade Distribution | Grade information at the course and section-level including grade distribution headcounts, grade trends (like % DFW and Avg. GPA), and grade opportunity gaps between key demographic groups. |
Graduate Student Success (Graduate School Dashboard) | Shows graduate student success by program and key demographic groups. |
Identity Intersections Analysis | This report examines differences in student success at the intersections of race/ethnicity, Pell and first-generation status. Differences across identity groups can be reviewed across CSU overall or by college, department, and program of study. |
Instructor Teaching Assignment by Section (f.k.a. Faculty Sections) | Lists current instructor assignment by course section |
Learning Communities Student Success | Shows Learning Community participants’ demographics, persistence, and graduation rates. |
Major Migration (cohort to 3rd fall) | Birds-eye-view major changing: Shows which program a student has in their 3rd fall, relative to their cohort fall. Relatedly shows where a student started in their cohort fall, given their 3rd fall program affiliation. |
Opportunity Gaps (“Detailed”) | Provides graphs that show the 2nd fall persistence, 4th fall persistence, 4th year graduation and 6th year graduation rates by demographic attribute (first-generation, gender, racially-minoritized status, Pell recipients, residency, STEM majors, and students recommended for support) over time. This report also includes a summary calculation that shows the additional number of students that would need to achieve the success outcome in order to close the gap. |
Rams Against Hunger – Restricted access. | Shows program utilization and demographics of RAH users across the Food Pantry, Meal Swipe, and RamRide offerings |
Student Credit Hour Distribution (“sis022” report) | Shows high-level headcounts of SCH distribution by RI and non-RI totals and course level. Does not contain as much detail as the Credit Hour Production Report. This is the sis022 report. |
Student Support Tracking – Restricted access | Shows success rates by variable metrics including EAB priority score, support level (tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3), and SRS status. It allows the user to download student lists and get detailed information about the level of support each student is receiving. |
Students Recommended for Support | Shows reasons students are identified as SRS as well as their changing composition over time. It also highlights student success outcomes between SRS and non-SRS students. |
Summer Report Suite – Restricted access. | Shows preliminary student credit hour information for Summer course enrollments. |
Tenure-Track Faculty Retention | Provides retention rates of tenure track faculty from their first year working as faculty at CSU through 7 years |
Undergraduate Student Success | Undergraduate Student Success displays persistence and graduation rates by a variety of academic and demographic attributes since the fall 2000 cohort of first time and transfer students. This report also has graduation rates among junior cohorts as well as first year probation rates and first year credit completion totals along with completion in math and composition courses. |
Community 4 Excellence (C4E) Undergraduate Student Success | Provides demographic characteristics as well as retention and graduation rates for C4E by program |
Community 4 Excellence (C4E) Undergraduate Validation Report – Restricted access. | Internal report used to validate C4E identification. |
Time & Credits to Degree | Shows different average (mean) measures of time and credits to degree receipt for primary bachelors degrees. The measures include average terms to degree, average years to degree, and average earned credits to degree. |
Learning Communities Validation Tool – Restricted access. | Internal report used to validate Learning Community identification. |
Academic Portfolio | Provides key performance indicators per college, including student success, student credit hours, and sponsored research expenditures. |
National Survey of Student Engagement | The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) measures the extent of student involvement in educational practices linked to high levels of learning and development. This report presents Colorado State University’s results. |
Compensation Report (Public) | Shows salary information for CSU employees. Users can filter by department and job title. Last name and first initial are provided along with contract length (9-month, 12-month) and appointment type. |
