Individual salary equity for administrative professionals is important to CSU but, due to the lack of structure across these positions, a full analysis has not been completed. 

When the Office of Human Resources completes is review of all administrative professional positions on campus and puts structure around them, an analysis will be completed.

The institution strives to ensure administrative professional salaries keep pace with similar positions at similar institutions.  The College and University Personnel Association (CUPA) collects data on salaries for administrators, faculty, professionals and staff, as well as on healthcare and other benefits.  As a CUPA member, CSU is able to compare the salaries of specific administrative professional positions to other similar positions.  The report below uses other Public R1 institutions as the comparison group.  Participation in the survey is voluntary so not every institution in that group will participate every year.
