Assessment Resources
The enterprise system in which student learning assessment planning and outcomes are documented is hosted by Anthology. The Compliance Assist Planning Module is where departments enter their student learning outcomes by major and track progress in assessment and outcomes. Assistance setting this up is available through the Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Effectiveness. Additional resources include:
- The National Institute for Learning Outcomes Assessment offers a variety of resources online in their Resource Library
- The Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education (CAS) promotes standards to enhance opportunities for student learning and development from higher education programs and services
- The Institute for Teaching and Learning (TILT) at CSU provides assessment resources, training, and curricular redesign services to ensure sustainable and meaningful assessment practices within courses and programs of study using the Teaching Effectiveness Framework. The Teaching Effectiveness Framework is comprised of seven essential, interrelated domains of effective teaching practices—for face-to-face and online instruction—each grounded in the scholarship of teaching and learning.
